自從雨果網發(fā)布相關追蹤報道以來,組建的應對群里涌入了很多受害賣家現(xiàn)身說法。不過好消息是有賣家稱已經成功領回了賬號,并重新獲得了店鋪銷售權。
一名從事汽配和戶外電子的賣家向雨果網透露到,目前他已經申請回賬戶,但依舊沒有店鋪銷售權。據(jù)他介紹,4月27號亞馬遜向其打款,而后4月28號就收到郵件稱其的帳號可能會被泄露,于是該賣家趕緊修改密碼,卻發(fā)現(xiàn)此時銀行賬戶已經被篡改了,原本2.8萬美金也被惡意置換成2.5萬歐元轉到了一個叫斯諾克伐克的國家。
“在發(fā)現(xiàn)銀行賬戶被黑后,我第一時間就向亞馬遜反映了當前的情況,幾天之后亞馬遜關閉了我的賬戶,在后續(xù)與亞馬遜郵件指示聯(lián)系的過程我成功地解開賬戶,而店鋪的銷售權卻沒了。”
在與賣家的溝通中,他痛苦地說到:“帳戶被封、喪失銷售權,對我是災難性的打擊”。截止目前他多次聯(lián)系平臺績效均無正面回復,已損失2.82萬美金現(xiàn)金,他表示錢沒了還可以再賺,而銷售權的丟失讓他平均每天3000刀的銷售額和超過50萬人民幣庫存慘遭封殺,經濟損失巨大。

另一位做時尚配件的賣家雖說他也遭受到了同樣的問題,不過該賣家已經成功找回了賬號和銷售權。
“和其他賣家一樣,我也是在不斷地聯(lián)系績效團隊和賬戶經理。值得注意的是,如果賣家有自己的賬戶經理可以請求賬戶經理發(fā)送內部郵件,那么績效團隊在處理的時候可能會縮短中間不必要環(huán)節(jié),賣家需要做的是寫清楚自己經歷的來龍去脈和賬戶目前的資料情況。”他說。

同時,該賣家還建議其他受害賣家點擊亞馬遜后臺的申訴按鈕。“但是一定不要盲目點擊,該申訴按鈕的使用機會只有一次,賣家朋友們應該好好把握。”
此外,該賣家也從自身成功申訴的角度出發(fā),向賣家朋友分享如下的郵件申訴書,助力于部分同樣遭受賬號被黑的賣家及時找回賬號和店鋪銷售權,需要注意的是,賣家需要根據(jù)自身店鋪的實際情況做文字上的細微調整。
