1.貨到到達(dá)收貨地點(diǎn)后,無論外包裝箱是否破損,都需要開箱檢查,務(wù)必當(dāng)面驗(yàn)貨核對,確認(rèn)無誤以后簽收,客戶簽收之后默認(rèn)對產(chǎn)品發(fā)貨數(shù)量以及品類沒有異議,故簽收后不接受關(guān)于少貨的投訴;如有產(chǎn)品因運(yùn)輸問題產(chǎn)生破損,請讓相關(guān)運(yùn)輸公司出據(jù)加蓋公章的證明,并將此證明提供給我們,由我們來協(xié)助客戶進(jìn)行索賠;如因物流造成貨物有破損或丟失,我們將不承擔(dān)相關(guān)責(zé)任.
1. 2.長期合作的批發(fā)客戶及分銷客戶我們實(shí)行長拿長保制度。少量拿貨客戶,我們依據(jù)相關(guān)法規(guī)執(zhí)行(7天內(nèi)非人為的質(zhì)量問題退換貨,30天內(nèi)保修,功能類產(chǎn)品180天內(nèi)保修,保護(hù)類不作保修)。客戶在發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題退貨時(shí),請用普通快遞退回我公司,運(yùn)費(fèi)客戶墊付.若客戶在未與客服溝通情況下,直接退貨,我們將不予受理;我公司不接受到付件。
