當郵遞員將您的包裹送往買家地址,而該地址沒有人簽收的時候,郵遞員便會留一張便條在該地址,通知買家在一定的時間內到指定郵局領取,超時則將貨物退回發貨地。

而忙碌的買家往往沒有注意到該便條,也沒有進行網站包裹的實時追蹤,因此不知道包裹已經在郵局了。此時,如果您追蹤到包裹的狀態為“Notice Left 通知”,您則需要通過郵件提醒買家及時領取,一方面避免貨物被退回而引發的“物品未收到”糾紛,同時也讓買家感受到您的溫馨服務,從而留下好評。
