I understand that you have received an email form Amazon regarding the shipping labels and address.
In order to create a consistent return experience, we require all sellers either to:
1) provide a local address in their Elected Country for returns, or提供一個美國地址用來收退貨。
2) pay for return shipping on all returns.或提供運費標簽(把標簽PDF文件發到亞馬遜給買家,買家打印貼到產品上就可以通過美國郵政USPS或UPS之類的發回給你。
Please be informed that Amazon accepts only US addresses as return address.只接受美國地址。
In this case, I suggest you to give a false address,我建議你給一個假地址 authorize the return and then sent an email regarding the return address via buyer messaging services.然后點擊同意退貨,再到站內信箱里面發一個真的(中國)退貨地址給買家,等收到貨后再退款給買家----這個方法不錯,不過有可能被買家利用來投訴或給差評。或再到站內信箱里面發一個郵件說不用退貨,貨自己收這,款會直接退給你。
Or, regarding the prepaid shipping label, you can very well issue a refund for the shipping charges after receiving the return. But you have to mention this condition in the shipping policies.或提供已經符好費用的shipping label給買家,然后賣家收到退貨后再退款,但是記得要把這個政策寫到 貨運政策那一塊。
To add or edit your customer service policy:添加方法如下:
1. Log in to your seller account.
2. On the Settings tab, select "Store Settings.
3. In the Info & Policies section, click "Edit" to add or update your customer service policy.
