亞馬遜銷售仿品被移除銷售權限,請問有申訴信模板嗎?

收到亞馬遜的通知,說因為出售假冒產品而取消了我的銷售權,請問我要怎么申訴,哪位大神有申訴信模板可供參考??

Thank you for your concern of our account.
We received a notification today that our selling privilege has been removed cause we sold counterfeit products.
We immediately check the listings. Firstly we are very sorry about our ignorance, we are new to Amazon selling, we are lacking of the rules and policies when sell on your platform. Secondly, as the items of Amazon seller performance stated, we did not know this product is with its own brand, to this point we acknowledge it is our fault. We had removed the listings and promise we won't sell it again on Amazon if we do not get the warrant.
Would you please consider the account seller rating and customers feedback to us? We provided customer both good products and customer service. We never got a claim or negative feedback. Hope Amazon can look through to it.
If you can give us a chance, we will do as follows:
1. Absolutely, we will see through all the policies and rules about selling on your platform.
2. We will check the listings in our account to see if there has some which do not meet your requirements, if it does, we will fix it immediately.
3. We will check all the products we've been sold, any complaints or product issues we will solve them in proper way within 12h in favor of the customer's right.
4. If any selling questions, we will consult Amazon for help.

We believe Amazon will give this issue a serious consideration, and to us, there is a hope, a new chance for us!

Dear am performance team,

I received a complaint case about my account‘s product does notmatch the actual?and notice of audit? the account. I describes the process how tohappen now

In July, My account following other seller’s asin to add new product.I check the informtion it‘s entirely in line with the Amazon rules. At the same time I canprovide this product’s picture tothe AM in order to prove actual that our delivery is consistent with thedescription of the Listing.

One day?,the seller of asin to buy this product from my shop, and threatenedme that's must immediately deleted the listing. otherwise he will do someoperations.

In order to maintain a good relationshipbetween amazon sellers, I deleted the listing to sold the listing at firsttime, but the seller did not notice my action and the wrong complaint me toamazon.? I have to communicate with theseller of asin(buyer)?When i see the complaint the first time,?the seller also agree with my solution and withdrew the complaint.After we often between the AM marketing sales communication.

My account have no to following otherseller's asin in August after ,Spend time researching and building the main theproduct from my account. I just do to improve product sales and customerexperience in different products on different staged.

The process will pay attention to theappearance of the product and the brand and other information to ensure thepriduct in line with amazon on sell and sales rules. My? account is also registered brand recent,wehope that the sales and ratings will be better on Amazon in the future . So weare very cherish this account, will not do any Dangerous action and riskything. Please kindly help verify the this case detail information, so that ouraccount to continue to sell in the Amazon, we will go to a higher and betterdirection to develop.
