在美亞收到一個賣家的警告信，說我侵權，要求下架產(chǎn)品
我上個月到他店買東西，發(fā)現(xiàn)不想要了，就把它拿去重新刊登（condition是”like new”），放到他listing下面。
現(xiàn)在他發(fā)郵件說我侵權，要我下架產(chǎn)品：
We are writing to inform you that you can not sell your product under our listing without our authorization. As the Trademark owner, we did not authorize you to sell any XXX branded products and you are against Amazon's policy. We kindly request that you follow our instructions:
a) Remove your offers from all XXX product pages on Amazon.com within 48 hours, and do not list items on XXX product pages in the future.
b) Send us confirmation after you remove the product from your listing.
If you do not remove the product and get Amazon policy violation, we are going to take legal actions against to your company:
1. Take ‘test buy’ action
2. File an official claim with the Amazon Copyright Team
3. A legal complaint will be lodged by us
These actions mentioned above will exert adverse impact on you performance, the sale privilege of your account might be blocked and removed by Amazon and we do not take responsibility of that. To avoid our further legal action against your company, please remove your listing as soon as possible and thanks for your cooperation.
他還威脅要采取法律手段。。。現(xiàn)在該怎么處理？聽他的刪掉listing么？

既然他說要采取法律手段，那你也搬出法律法規(guī)：
"Dear XXX,?
In the United States of America, there is a law called the First Sale Doctrine. I am legally able to resell any item that I purchased, and I purchased this item (order #xxxxxxx) from you. I am now selling it as Like New following Amazon condition guidelines. If your company or any representative, associate, friends, family, etc.. cause any financial loss, slander, libel or other business harm from test buys or any other means, then I will have to take legal action against your company. Thank you for your email informing me of my rights."
