最近有好幾個客戶都這樣，因為所謂的“經濟困難”（靠固定收入生活），讓我給個優惠什么的。關鍵是我賣的是非必需品類的，如果他們資金緊張，為何還要下單？
不知道該怎么回復，拒絕的話又顯得我沒有同情心，冷酷無情==
