想讓ebay買家留feedback,請(qǐng)問(wèn)有什么比較安全的方法嗎?
店鋪開張有一段時(shí)間了,產(chǎn)品賣出去好幾件了,可是一直沒(méi)有收到買家給的feedback,雖然說(shuō)沒(méi)有feedback總比買家給差評(píng)(negative feedback)來(lái)得好,可還是想一下,有沒(méi)有什么比較安全、有效的方法來(lái)讓買家留評(píng)論?

而且賣家要投其所好,努力讓買家感到滿意。比如:盡可能多地描述商品詳情;快點(diǎn)發(fā)貨;一發(fā)貨就通知買家;提供訂單的跟蹤信息;快點(diǎn)回復(fù)買家的問(wèn)題等等

我覺(jué)得賣家先給買家好評(píng)對(duì)賣家來(lái)說(shuō)沒(méi)什么好處。萬(wàn)一碰上一些故意找茬的買家,喜歡申請(qǐng)claim,那賣家豈不是得不償失?而且其他賣家會(huì)查看這些買家的賬戶,看到這些好評(píng),他們會(huì)產(chǎn)生誤會(huì),以為這些買家挺好相處的,這樣就不太好了

如果他高興了,他不會(huì)花時(shí)間做這種對(duì)他來(lái)說(shuō)“無(wú)關(guān)緊要”的事;但是一旦他感到不滿意了,他可能會(huì)給差評(píng)。就是這樣
