“We welcome manufacturers to sell their products on the Amazon Marketplace. If you are a manufacturer and your products are sold by any other retailers or distributors, we expect you to offer Amazon Retail the option to source those products at competitive terms for sale as Retail items only.” ?

之前有個公司的產品非常好,賣得特別火,我也進了一些,放到自己網站上賣。后來有個分銷商也開始做零售,其他的零售商(包括我)沒辦法在價格上與他競爭,所以我們把產品庫存以成本,甚至是低于成本的價格賣出去。
然后就出事了。這件事導致供應量暴漲,“供大于求”,價格就下來了,低到這個經銷商沒辦法盈利的地步。接著,因為我們這些零售商也不再向分銷商購買,分銷商只能傾銷產品(價格越來越低),然后所有的經銷商和零售商都停止進貨,最終導致分銷渠道癱瘓、公司面臨破產。。。
