亞馬遜買家選錯了送貨方式(second day shipping),卻抱怨運費太貴,要退錢,怎么辦?
有個買家(老客戶)買了兩件很便宜的商品,選的是second day shipping(運費挺貴的),我想應該是有特殊的原因,比如婚禮、派對等,所以希望快遞早點到,然后我就早點給他發貨了。
沒想到收到貨的第二天他就讓我把“荒唐的”運費退給他(他本來想選的不是second day shipping)。我解釋說,為了方便起見,他選了價格更高的“second day shipping”,物品有在規定的時間內送達。而且在訂單頁面寫得很清楚,他應該要確認好之后再下單。
我想問一下,我要把運費退給他嗎?如果他申請AZ claim,我有沒有可能贏啊?

(1) I have a Prime Account and should not have to pay for 2 Day Shipping.(我有會員賬號,不需要支付運費)
(2) I was never shown these charges when I checked out.(我在確認下單的時候沒看到這個運費)
