撰寫新產品郵件并不像它看起來那么容易。如果你不包括正確的元素,僅僅描述產品是不夠的。由于將消息傳出去是銷售過程中重要的第一步,你必須確保公告不僅寫得好,而且要為你的目標受眾量身定做。
受眾將決定公告的語氣、內容和語言。為特定的受眾定制發布內容,不僅可以確保消息的傳播,而且可以確保消息傳到正確的人那里。
在郵件開頭就讓讀者知道你有一個新產品。一來就讓他們知道這是一封營銷或銷售性質的郵件,不需要太多花言巧語。開始時要簡單一些,比如:We are super excited to announce our new [name of your new product]。先讓對方知道你要提供什么,然后在后面的內容中來吸引他們。
對產品的主要功能/特性進行開門見山的描述。不要過度解釋每個細節,只需展示它提供的好處,或為什么它能引起你的目標客戶的興趣。
以一種激勵對方采取行動的方式來結束郵件。如果做得好,行動呼吁將激勵他們去聯系你,去訪問你的新品頁面,去發詢盤,去購買產品,這就是個成功的新產品郵件。當然,一定要提及他們在哪里、在什么時候、以什么方式才能獲得該產品,否則你的郵件最終可能只是在浪費時間。
