業務說明非常重要,因為直接關系我們PayPal賬戶的保證金額度。
本文重點說一下業務說明的寫作技巧,并內附模板。

1. 業務說明到底要寫什么?
PayPal就是要通過業務說明,了解你的business是一個什么樣的狀態,以及創始人對待這個business的態度 。
美國是一個誠信社會。PayPal的原則也是通過創始人對business的態度以及業務規模,判斷你是否有欺詐PayPal及其用戶的可能性。
所以業務說明一定要寫明:

這也是之前一個朋友和我如何去申訴GMC,我覺得非常好,拿來做PP的業務說明也非常適用。
首先,不要說自己的業務規模有多大。因為無論有多大,對于PP來說都是小business。就老老實實承認自己是個小作坊,反而給PP的感覺是非常真誠。
第二,一定要向PP說明自己的創業理念。美國整體文化是尊重每個個體,每個人都是獨一無二的。你要讓PP感覺到你是非常認真的對待這個business,而且非常看重你的品牌。這樣PP會相信你不愿意辜負每個客服,更不要提欺詐。
第三,要讓PP有種感覺,世界少如果少了你的業務或者產品,全世界的用戶都有損失。要有這種自信,我提供的就是獨一無二的服務。這樣PP會覺得如果對你限制太嚴格,是他們的損失。

Thanks for giving me a chance to introduce my business in detail.
I started my business in 2020-xx-xx. With the desire of bringing the best jewelry to the customers all over the world, I find the best designers and jewelry suppliers to provide the best products with low price.
My jewelry is all made of brass, plated with 18K gold or platinum. To make the jewelry colour retention more stable and longer, we use super-thick plating method, which means that the thinkness is more than 0.05 micron thickness, the same thickness of luxury jewelrybrand, such as Doir or Channel.
And we inlaid all of our jewelry with AAA grade zircon by handmade, which really costs a lot of time and human resources to make one jewelry. At the same time it means that every jewelry of our brand is unique.
With registered trademark in US, we mainly sell products to (年齡) women in US, whose career are mainly xxx. They wear our jewelry in their daily life. Our jewelry is simple but very delicate, very suitable for office lady. And some collections are designed for banquet, match with high-end evening dress. We hope that our jewelry help every lady look her best.
Our office is located in xxx (具體地址), which is our warehouse too. Until 2021 Jan, our team grow to 12 persons, including advertising optimizers, jewelry designer team, web operaters, photographer and art designer, supply chain manager, and logistics manager. Although we are a pretty small team, we are every effective, and can serve over 100 thousandes customers every month.
Our new customer know us maily from FB ads, and some from their friends' recommendation. We spend about xxx amont of advertising on FB to promote our brand. It means that the quality of our product is very good, making our custmers very satisfied.
We ship all of our product from our warehouse in China. We use Yanwen to ship our parcel, the best logistics in China. Generally it takes about 10-14 working days to deliver the parcel. But if epidemic happens, the shipping time may cost more.
In the future 6 months, we plan to sell (預估售賣數量) products every month. And spring is our sale season, our sale may be bigger than prediction.
Actually in the beginning, I just want to bring the best Chinese jewelry design and craft to the world. There are a lot of excellent designers in China, and a lot of top-quality suppliers in China. But few Chinese brands really appear the international stage. And with the time I spent in my business, I want to providenot only a stage for the best Chinese designer and supplier, but also a jewelry box helping women in the world look the best. We find the best design, use the best material and craft, and sell the low price, nearly 1/10 price of the same level brand of US. We hope every lady can afford at least one piece of jewelry and enjoy her best time.
