要素1:郵件標(biāo)題
好的標(biāo)題是客戶打開郵件的關(guān)鍵,站在客戶的角度有什么點(diǎn)能吸引他打開比如蹭熱點(diǎn),世界杯,返校季等比如賣點(diǎn),XX蘋果公司供應(yīng)商,XX競品供應(yīng)商,月銷100萬的XX產(chǎn)品
要素2:郵件正文內(nèi)容:
把開發(fā)客戶想象成談戀愛找對象,你的心思想找異性,異性才不關(guān)心。第一封開發(fā)信的主題應(yīng)該是你能給客戶帶來的核心利益點(diǎn)和你的價(jià)值主張(賣點(diǎn))。
注意:這年頭大家都忙,所以郵件切忌不要長篇大論,內(nèi)容一多,客戶看都不看,就刪除了。簡單,直接,戳中要害即可。或許一兩句話,或許一個(gè)圖片,能足以表達(dá)你的賣點(diǎn)即可。開發(fā)信,別發(fā)附件,否則容易進(jìn)垃圾箱。
要素3:鉤子(術(shù)語:CTA,CALL TO ACTION)
基本的郵件簽名當(dāng)然是必不可少的。但是除此之外,要客戶主動(dòng)回復(fù),需要有很大的產(chǎn)品吸引力。這里用鉤子就是提供一些有吸引力的東西,借此來刺激客戶回復(fù)郵件/主動(dòng)聯(lián)系。
