20 對(duì)包裝的建議及要求

24 催運(yùn)貨物并告知貨物遲到結(jié)果


  • It is now over two months since we sent in the order for Tape Recorders, yet we are still awaiting delivery. You should know that the delivery date is very important to us. 我方下購買盒式錄音機(jī)的訂單已經(jīng)有兩個(gè)多月了,但是我方還在等待貨物貨運(yùn)期,貴方應(yīng)該知道發(fā)貨期對(duì)我方很重要。

25 對(duì)包裝的建議及要求

30 技術(shù)引進(jìn)的方式及費(fèi)用


  • We will inform you of the weight, measurements, the number of cases, the cost of the drawings and other documents seven days before delivering the documents to the airplane. 我方將在把文件數(shù)據(jù)送到機(jī)楊的7天前,通知貴方箱子的重量、尺碼和數(shù)量以及圖紙和其它文件數(shù)據(jù)的費(fèi)用。
  • Drawings and technical documents will be sent to you by registered airmail. 圖紙和技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)將通過掛號(hào)郵件的方式寄達(dá)貴方。
  • Expenses for the technology transfer shall be fair and reasonable. 技術(shù)的轉(zhuǎn)讓費(fèi)應(yīng)該公平合理。
  • The royalty rate shall not be higher than the standard international rate. 專利權(quán)使用費(fèi)不應(yīng)高于國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
  • The technology transfer fee shall be paid in royalties. 技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)讓費(fèi)將以專利使用費(fèi)的形式來支付。
  • The royalty rate shall be 15% of the net sales value of the products. 專利權(quán)使用費(fèi)是產(chǎn)品凈銷售價(jià)值的15%。

  • We shall help you to update the present and future technology concerned with the production from time to time. 我們將不時(shí)地幫助貴方更新與生產(chǎn)有關(guān)的現(xiàn)有和將來的全部技術(shù)。
  • As you know that technology is advancing all the time, we hope that you continue offering us your improved technologies. 正如貴方所知,技術(shù)總是在不斷改進(jìn)的,所以我們希望貴方能一直向我們提供最新技術(shù)。
  • We think that it is better to transfer our knowledge in the form of know-how investment. 我方認(rèn)為最好還是以技術(shù)投資的方式來轉(zhuǎn)讓我們的技術(shù)。
  • First let’s start with the delivery of all the drawings, technical data, and other documents relating to the engines. 讓我們先提供所有與機(jī)械有關(guān)的圖紙、技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)和其它文件數(shù)據(jù)。
