那么作為電商人,我們?cè)谧龊卯a(chǎn)品營(yíng)銷的時(shí)候,千萬別讓你的客戶營(yíng)銷拖了后腿。今天我們刪繁就簡(jiǎn),主要講講客服工作——好好說話。

客服的回復(fù)有幾點(diǎn)原則,簡(jiǎn)單概括如:

回復(fù)及時(shí)(回復(fù)買家詢盤的黃金時(shí)間是24小時(shí)內(nèi))
