Do not do business with this scam company.”

3月11日,亞馬遜開始限制銷售健康衛(wèi)生產(chǎn)品的賣家類型,比如口罩、洗手液、消毒濕巾和噴霧劑,以及異丙醇等產(chǎn)品。賣家收到的通知稱目前不接受銷售這些產(chǎn)品的申請。不幸的是,一些賣家繞過了這些限制。通過跟賣和將產(chǎn)品命名為“ma-sk”或“màsk”而不是“mask”等方法來銷售產(chǎn)品。
結(jié)果,差評占所有賣家評論的比例開始加速上升。亞馬遜的賣家在銷售商品后會收到買家的反饋評論。在澳大利亞,過去30天里有13.5%的賣家評論是負面的,創(chuàng)歷史新高。德國、加拿大、墨西哥和印度市場也創(chuàng)造了新的記錄。美國和英國站也在走向新高。3月份的高差評率很不尋常,因為通常在圣誕節(jié)購物季期間,買家的產(chǎn)品最多。
例如,在澳大利亞,在不到四周的時間里,差評從10.4%上升到13.5%。
“hand sanitizer(洗手液)”和“n95 masks(N95口罩)”是目前亞馬遜上搜索最多的兩個詞。然而,亞馬遜和數(shù)百萬賣家都沒有這些商品的庫存。全新的賣家正在抓住這個巨大的需求,同時,這也是亞馬遜的力量和缺陷。摩擦讓一切變得更困難,無論是好是壞。在努力消除市場摩擦的過程中,亞馬遜留有一個容易被賣家推崇的平臺。
