五星好評對于產品來說,可謂是重中之重,它既能讓消費者在瀏覽頁面的時候相信賣家的信譽和產品的質量,也能夠讓猶豫不決的潛在客戶產生從重的心理,更重要的是它還能影響產品的排名。
但是,一般情況下,買家給予商品的留評率非常低,甚至有的賣家產品留評率低于1%的都有。因此,很多賣家就會嘗試以購買留評的途徑去快速大量地增加評論。
然而,自17年以來,亞馬遜對刷評論的舉動可謂是一波接一波,先是警告,然后大量刪評、封號,控制力度是越發嚴格,等于是截斷了廣大賣家快速獲評的重要途徑。

索評郵件
索評郵件其實就是在用戶進行下單購買之后的郵件跟蹤,給用戶提供附加價值的操作,包括給用戶提供產品購買信息,客服服務支持,產品相關的使用說明,或者其他的相關信息能夠幫助用戶解決問題。
但要注意,賣家們不要給用戶濫發無用的信息,亞馬遜對所有的郵件都有進行監控,如果違反了規則,亞馬遜可能會封掉你的郵件索評功能。

站外促銷
除了索評郵件外,大家還可以利用站外促銷進行引流,不僅可以快速增加產品的銷量,還能獲得評論的累積。
但是,做站外促銷也是有講究的。一般情況下,大家常規的做法都是設置 Code,然后分享鏈接到社交平臺,將流量導入產品 Listing 詳情頁面。
這個做法其實不太合理:
其一,這會導致大量無效的流量(只看卻不購買)比例的增加,降低你的轉化率。即便你從中獲得了想要的評論,但要知道,亞馬遜是非常看重轉化率的,轉化率降低,產品的排名也會波及。而且,現在貌似 Code 設置超過30% 以上,買家留的評不僅沒什么權重,可能VP認證都沒有,所以需要慎重。
其二,大量買家的涌入可能會造成瘋狂下單的現象,導致庫存被賣光,后續補貨卻跟不上,結果不但蒙受了銷售損失,也會因為庫存問題導致 Listing 排名下降。
