在我們做外貿業務的時候,會遇到人民幣升值或者貶值的情況。今天就來分享一下,如果你遇到了人民幣貶值的情況,該如何跟外貿客戶重新報價呢?
1、如果你們的產品目前材料價格穩定并且因為匯率利好,有充足利潤空間可以下調價格,那么此時可以這樣通知客戶:
We've reviewed and just lowered the price on xxxx. Here's the latest quotation:xxxx (一定記得備注價格有效期,比如Price is valid from now until 24th May) 通過復核,我們剛剛調低了價格。這是最新報價:xxxx,有效期從即日起至5月24日。
2、借此促單,寫給老客戶
We are always happy to give surprises to our loyal customers. This is to inform you that our company is offering you a discount of 5% on item number xxxx. Price validity: 1 week.
我們一直很高興為我們的忠實客戶帶來驚喜。現通知您,我公司對xxxx號商品給予5%的折扣。有效期:1周。
For a limited time, we are prepared to offer you a 7% discount on all items you regularly purchase. To catch? Please place order by 25th May. 我們準備為您定期購買的所有產品提供7%的折扣。時間有限,想要趕上這個折扣,請在5月25日前下訂單。
不建議主動提及原因,但如果客戶問及,不要單說匯率利好,以免客戶往后的注意力會盯著匯率。
可以說綜合匯率和材料價格: Because RMB keeps falling against the dollar and we also reviewed the market trend including the raw material charge, thus we provide you with the discount for this period.
因為人民幣對美元一直在貶值,我們也對市場走勢進行了評估,包括原材料費用,所以這段時間我們可以為您提供價格折扣。
But the exchange rate will fluctuate and we are unsure if it will remain stable. It is very time sensitive. Kindly arrange to place order as soon as possible to enjoy the benefit.但匯率會波動,我們不確定它是否會保持穩定。這是時段性的,請盡快安排下訂單,以享受優惠。
并且簽合同要注明: Kindly note that we will update the price when the exchange rate fluctuates more than XX%。在匯率變動XX下,會再一次更新價格。(應和客戶約定,如果匯率波動超出協定的比例,應該共同承擔風險)
